Our team

Owoyele Oyedeji

Founder and President

OLUDEJI is a creative individual wearing two caps as a social and for-profit entrepreneur. He is a business strategy and management consultant, a monitoring & evaluation (M&E) consultant, and a trainer on business & NGO related matters.
He was the project lead on the development of the Economic Blueprint for Anambra State in 2014. He was also the M&E consultant to the $200M World Bank assisted project on Flood Resilience and Mitigation in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria and facilitated strategy, entrepreneurship, business plan writing and financial modeling classes at the School of Media Communications (SMC), Pan-African University popularly called Lagos Business School. He also facilitated the GIZ capacity building and handholding sessions on grant sourcing for its various partner organisations and cooperatives in selected value chains across Lagos State.

Some of Oludeji works also include: Eight stories for Tales By Moonlight – the dramatization of African folktales, for children’s television, on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) network service; The business plan for the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of DAAR Communications Plc; Concept development and packaging of Mo Abudu’s Inspire Africa Ltd. for fundraising; The articulation of a 5-year strategic business plan for various SBUs of FCMB and First City Group Subsidiaries as a contractor to Phillips Consulting, among others.

Oludeji has a BTech. degree in Architecture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State, Nigeria. He was an invited guest at the ‘Goalkeeper’ event & dinner hosted by Bill & Belinda Gates in September 2019 in New York. His first publication is titled ‘Kids Against Flooding’ (on Amazon online bookstore).

Owoyele Olasumbo

Vice President

Olasumbo is the Creative Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ankaramii – a brand that depicts elegance yet lends itself to affordability without compromising its standard. She founded the company with her primary focus on the creative use of Ankara fabrics to meet the basic and unique fashion needs of the “I want to be me” and “I want to stand out” target customers.

Interestingly, she started the business with zero capital by leveraging the strategy of making sure that her customers ‘fulfill’ their orders by making upfront payments while she used the money paid to get her fabrics and supplies and deliver to these customers without any complaints whatsoever.

Today, Ankaramii has grown into a brand to be reckoned with in the fashion industry.

As the CEO of Ankaramii, she has been involved in a lot of training programmes for women and also given talks on entrepreneurship, fashion and goals setting.

Prior to her engagement with Ankaramii, Olasumbo had worked in the administrative department of May & Baker and later switched to the financial services sector to garner over 3 years’ experience with the then Intercontinental Bank and First City Monumental Bank (FCMB).

Olasumbo has an OND in Accounting from the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) and a B.Sc in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is married with three children and has interest in  travelling, singing and watching interesting movies.

Adewuyi Mojoyinola

Advisory Board

Mojoyinola is the Founder of Exousia Consultants (EC), an agency with the sole purpose of building the capacity of non governmental organizations and providing a broad range of solutions for implementation of sustainable projects for impact-driven programing across the African continent. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and development professional with over 10 years of cross sector industry experience in Nigeria, Africa’s largest economy. She combines strategic operational experience with a deep understanding of development operations, social impact Investments and advocacy.

Driven by Impact from a young age, she has volunteered with several non-profit and faith-based organizations in Nigeria resulting measurable growth and improved behavioral change in the target communities.

As the Founder of EC, she works with a strong team of technical experts to position the organization by helping nonprofits across Africa design innovative and impactful interventions for sustainable development on the African continent.

Her entrepreneurial background and involvement in building the Nigerian social development ecosystem through digital transformation in local communities, policy development, and social impact Investments,  affords her a deep understanding of cutting edge innovative, emerging and disruptive technologies as well as access to development experts across the continent.

She currently serves on the advisory board of CLAD Agenda as the chairperson of the board.

Dr. Blessing Anam

Advisory Board

Dr. Blessing Anam, YPA (Youth Peace Ambassador) is a trained and licensed astute scholar with wealth of experience in the teaching profession from Kindergarten class to the tertiary institution. She is an academia, lecturing in the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education, University of Calabar, Nigeria.

She is also a seasoned administrator. She is presently on a second tenure as the Acting Director of Sports of the University and currently running an Advance Sports Administration Management course, under the auspices of International Olympic Committee/Nigerian Olympic Committee (IOC/NOC).

Dr. Anam is also a motivational speaker and event manager and has acquired necessary competences needed in diverse areas of humanities based on her engagements with various organizations.

Apart from her Involvement in community services, like – Peace Advocacy Organization under the auspices of United Nations- POLAC Foundation, Cross River State Chapter, she is also a member of a number of notable organisations like National Assoc. For Athletics Technical Officials (NAATO- Member); Health Reformation of Nigeria (HERFON) CRS Chapter (Member); National Association of Physical, Health, Recreation & Dance

(NAPHER-SD), Cross River State Branch (Vice Chairman) and International Council for Health Physical Education Recreation, Sport & Dance, (ICHPER.SD), to mention a few.

She brings her expertise and knowledge in playing an advisory role in CLAD Agenda.

Asenuga Bisilola

Advisory Board

Bisilola Asenuga is a food Engineer cum Personality Engineer. With Neuro-linguistic, Emotional intelligence & other unconventional tools, she counsels, coaches, trains, consults, mentors, and speaks at workshops or conferences on issues around personality unmasking, career choices, intentional parenting, emotional navigation, and the likes.

Her award-winning NGO, Youths Rescue &  Care Initiative & Social Enterprise – Rescue Concept, has helped over 22,000 young & old resolve behavioral and career-related issues in the last 20 years. She authored, Betta Me Mood journal (a self-mastery, and self-regulation tool for young and old) in the year 2021. Her online psychometric tool, ‘Know yourself and excel’, has helped so many young people understand themselves and find rewarding/ solution-based career paths.

With Betta, Me, Betta Family program, Bisilola uses Yoruba & Pidgin Language to educate market women on topical issues around parenting and business growth, with so many testimonies to show for it every month.

Bisilola is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School, Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Cherrie Blair Foundation (Road 2 Growth), Tony Elumelu Foundation, & a Food Engineering graduate from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

She is married and blessed with a son.

Olanrewaju Olusola

Legal Executive

Olusola Olanrewaju is a legal practitioner of over 15years of experience. Olusola graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos in 2006 with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in 2006. He’s worked for different companies and law firms i.e. Nextzon Business Services Limited, Ajumogobia & Okeke (Barristers & Solicitors), University of Lagos Holdings, Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie.

At the University of Lagos, Olusola was Group Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to University of Lagos Holdings and its subsidiaries. He also doubled, at different times, as General Manager Unilag Press, Manager Unilag Bookshop.

While at Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie, Olusola provided company secretarial services to many organisations in different industries i.e. banking, insurance, etc.

Olusola is currently a partner at Lawserve Attorneys – a commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

John Durotimi H

Location Functionality Design Partner

Durotimi is an Architect and an advocate for sustainable Architecture. He is the CEO for Cover Styl’ Nigeria which is focused on a Smart approach towards interior design with the use of interior films. He is also the CEO for Interieur De Luxe ltd, an interior design company focusing on retail branding and construction.

In less than 2 years of Interieur De Luxe’s establishment, the company has become a force to reckon with in the retail branding industry. Cover Styl’ Nigeria is also pushing boundaries in interior design by adopting a sustainable approach towards design. “why replace when you can upgrade!”

Prior to starting his own companies, he worked as a Retail Manager with Cheil Nigeria, the sole Marketing arm of Samsung Nigeria.

As a retail manager, he was engaged in the design, revamp and construction of all Samsung retail stores across Nigeria.

With over 10 years experience in Architecture, Durotimi’s goal is to push the focus of sustainable architecture from merely recycled materials to greywater reuse, rainwater harvesting, Living walls, living roofs and adopting these ideas in existing structures to promote an eco-friendlier environment within urban centers.

Durotimi is a graduate in Architecture in Yaba college of Technology and further went on to get a B.SC in Architecture from Bells University Ota.
